I actually did this costume last year and it was a big hit! One variation I included, that you do not have listed, is that I took a small spritz bottle (available just about anywhere for less than $1), filled it with water and in black marker wrote "RAIN" on it. Then whenever someone asked "what are you supposed to be?". I would say "Cloudy with a chance of rain" and give them a little squirt!
