While the rest of this article offers a very good broad overview of tips and quirks when working with an Asperger's kid (though I would mention - some Asperger kids are female) I feel the article breaks down here.
First of all, starting by saying any kid is "the most difficult kind" is unhelpful to parents and children. It increases the despair that many parents probably feel at this point, which probably in turn increases the child's frustration.
Second, while I'm all for outlining the point where parents might need professional guidance, suggesting medication in an article is out of line. It's true that some kids benefit from medication, but medicating neurological conditions should be done under the guidance of a trusted, licensed professional.
I found this section of the article wasn't helpful; it just overgeneralized and didn't really offer useful solutions.
