It's not that hard to make your own baby food. All you need is a $10 manual food mill and some ice cube trays to freeze portions of veggies and fruit in. One they're frozen, you can pop them in ziplocs. You can also defrost and blend flavors that way (mix pear and apple, apple and squash, etc).
