I have had all our babies in bed with my husband and me. I wouldn't have it any other way. I have never rolled on them - nor my husband. We are acutely aware of where they are... and it's a wonderful bonding experience. I don't blame parents who feel better not doing it. But it does work for us... government mandate means nothing to me. That's like them telling us whether or not we should have them sleep in our rooms, in their own rooms, whatever! We really have to do with our babies what feels right to us!I even let my babies nap on their tummies in the living room while I am there close by. They have beautiful round heads because of it!
