This is a really good FYI blog! When I started out I too used a "complete package Curriculum" I think most of us newbies do that ((blush)) lol! I still use an All in one type program called Time4Learning. I didn't see online programs really talked about here, but they are a Great option for newbies, because they carry less financial risk. I am somewhere in between a traditional and unschooler IMO. Yes! I like to know that my kids are getting their core in a structured environment, but I also like to go with child led learning and add things to our basic from time to time. I do not think there are any right or wrong ways to homeschool, just trial and error and eventually with a lil patience you'll get it ;)
