Parents are Parents! These custody "titles" (granted) by the court's, 'joint & sole custody, are nothing more than labels to determine Payee or Payer! I don't believe any Court, Caseworker or Attorney (complete strangers) cares about the actual well being of either parent involved or even the children for that matter! Fact: Family Court Agencies are nothing more than an extention of the Criminal Court's and there number one priority is to simply "BANK" on the number one cause of Divorce (MARRIAGE) w/ children! I have done my homework! Do yours! Friends,Family, and Prof. Councelors are the best & Cheaper! No court, magazine or even myself should try to convice you otherwise! Do your best!Spend your time and money wisely! In my opinion, unless either parent is found UNFIT-UNWILLING OR UNABLE...You are EQUAL! Until then...shove your titles! Custodial Non-Custodial,,blah blah blah,, MONEY MONEY MONEY!
