I don't want to seem negative, but this list is what ADHD parents do every day and get nowhere. These are the things that work for "regular" kids. I have tried for almost 10 years now and we are systematically excluded from most venues unless we have paid for a structured activty or group i.e. Cub Scouts, paid sports teams, etc. We are even asked to leave these settings at times too.
You can't legislate friendship and kids with ADHD are reviled in many cases. This list is for ppl who are really clued out and have not been shunned yet. Are there any strategies for when your child is never invited anywhere and when you do invite others, they refuse and/or your child is deliberately left out of neighbourhood play groups?
