September 19, 2009 4:13 PM Cleaning up the house when I was pregnant with Olivia
When Aidan was three, I take care of him and I clean up the house. He wasn't toilet trained yet, he pees all over the floor. After he does that, I mop it up. Every morning when I get up, I'll take Aidan to the toilet and wait until I hear a trickling sound (means he's peeing) When once peed in the bath. When was getting better when I had Olivia on April 14th.

There are SO many "why take any chances?" when you are pregnant -- it's enough to make you not want to eat anything or ever leave your house! You can drive yourself crazy with all the worries and precautions. Women in horrific conditions much worse than being around a little cleaning fluid deliver healthy babies every day. Don't drink the stuff but don't live in a bubble either. Follow your gut and use common sense -- as with everything, moderation is key!

Why take any chances? There are safe products sold in stores like Whole Foods, or you can make your own with baking soda, lemon juice, vinegar, etc.
