I agree...it is definitely a very personal decision and one that should be considered carefully. Of course, there are health benefits and protections to breast feeding, but it's also important it works for you. I think even if you're not sure it's worth it to at least try nursing. You can always switch to formula later. I nursed all 3 of mine and supplemented occasionally. It can be frustrating and difficult at times, but there are so many great benefits to it.
