In response to the previous comment: You would, of course, teach your child to shout "This is not my mother!" as well.
But the reality is that abductions carried out by strangers (rare as they are) are overwhelmingly perpetrated by men. Children are, as we know, far more likely to be abducted by a family member, and in those instances it probably wouldn't occur to a child to shout out, or to even suspect anything wrong. If a step-mom or aunt is abducting a child to take them out of the state/country, it might not look much like an abduction, or seem dangerous or upsetting to a child.
The sad, distressing truth is that most serial killers and rapists are men. Not all, but the vast majority. Sorry if it undermines the confidence of men, but that's how it is.
However, many, many child abusers are women, so this isn't to indicate that women don't perpetrate crimes against children.

Teaching your child to shout "this is not my father!" rather assumes that all abductions are carried out by men, reinforces a stereotypical image of men and undermines the confidence of men with their relationship to minors.
