I will give it a try. On the subject of recipe books, Sally Fallon's "Nourishing Tradition" is one of the best recipe book I have ever bought. It has a solid base in sensible nutrition and dispels a lot of myths surrounding good and proper nutrition. There is a good collection of recipes for letting the kids help with cooking called Kids' Kitchen.
