Which Type of Milk Is Best?

Our expert explains the differences between types of milk, and how to choose the right one for your family.
Milk???????
I choose soy milk, its all natural, doesnt come from another animal and it tastes great. Also I believe whole milk is bad for you they even changed it from WIC checks where Im from.
I drink a lot (continued).
Since I buy skim milk, it acts as a 100% replacement for Mountain Dew, which was also a large part of my liquid diet. Tastes great, fewer calories, less sugar, more refreshing, no fat! Tastes better on cereal (lol). Personally I think skim milk has some a long way. My parents always remember it being like water, and even when I was a kid it tasted much thinner than even 2%. Recently I've come to the realization that it's just as delicious, and if not better due to it having less fat. It drinks easier and faster, more like a real crisp refreshing beverage, and I don't feel bad for taking many glasses with a single meal. It's also cheaper than 1% and 2%, at least at my store, and *much* cheaper than soft drinks!!! Seriously, switching 100% away from sodas and right on to skim milk has been great for me.
I drink a lot.
I probably drink 3-4 (if not more) glasses a day.
I personally find skim milk the most refreshing. My parents started me off on 2% and when I became a teenager we switched over to 1%.
I've switched to skim and have been buying it on my own, now, because I was conscious about my (currently) high fat and calorie diet. I knew milk would be the easiest thing to change, and I certainly didn't want to drink any less (it's tasty and there's a far free version!).

milk
thank you so much.I learned the differences of different types of milk.I am a mother of 4 children(13,10,7,1).Let us say we choose 1%milk that according to you is best for older children and adult. How much milk should each one of us drink each day. Some say just half of glass a day and some say 1 glass a day.Does the quantity really matters?and is it as to age too?Your response is very much appreciated.More power and God bless.
