I find it is not the girl that is the only victim here. At 13 years old some girls have hormones screaming in their body for sexual intercourse. Girls at this age often look older than their age. It's so easy to demonize the guys involved. The sex laws are so harsh that an act committed without knowledge of the girls age can and does land young men in prison and having to register as level 3 sex offenders for the rest of their lives. No guy would find any 13 year old girl attractive enough for that exchange. Truth is our young college men don't know the facts about the consequences for not checking the age of the girl.
