I went back part time when our daughter was 3 months old...and used the LaMa Bra to help with engorgement during the day and it actually helped to control the volume too. So between morning feedings and a lunch time pump, I was set to come home and continue feeding. Friends laugh at the thought of them with cabbage at work! Ah, the juggles of a mom and work :)
