Adult grants and scholarships?
I'm a 32 year old U.S. Citizen and I were in LD classes since the 3rd grade until I dropped out at 17. When I was a teen; my Mother and I where living government housing, on welfare, and I was accepting SS checks for dependency on drugs for a diagnosed chemical imbalance, until I went do work doing construction jobs. I am currently living in the United Kingdom with my wife; taking on-line classes thru UMUC; wit a few face-to-face classes on the Air force base that my wife works at as a government employee "not military". I’ve always had an aptitude for art and I’ m considering enrolling in an Art Program at a local English college. I am in desperate need for financial assistance, and hoping that my Learning problems can give me an edge on a Grant. My wife makes good money, but the overseas tuition is doubled. Can you please give me some advice?
Thanks,
Micah
