My son is also 3 he dosnt talk in sentences he gibbers alot he can say mom, dad, scooby doo, and spongebob and sometimes i will catch him saying a word i havent heard before. Hes been through speech therapy it didnt seem to help much though. He plays normally he interacts with other kids good when he wants something he will either point or pull me over and laugh when i get what he wants. Im dont know what else to do some people say hes autistic and others say he will talk when hes ready. Im just dont know what to do anymore. It really seems like he wants to talk but he just cant get the words out and i think its starting to agravate him.
