Religion Is Already Being Taught In Public School
If parents are recognized as having the primary responsibility for the upbringing of their children, including education, why then can they not assert their requirement that their children learn the religion of the parents' choice in public school?
I'm not talking about teaching about religion in public school. I'm talking about teaching religion in public school. In other words, I'm not talking about teaching about certain perspectives. I'm talking about teaching from a certain perspective.
And isn't this happening already in public school? All teachers teach from a certain perspective whatever the children in public school are to learn. That authoritative perspective is the religion of the school.
Isn't that why so many parents have chosen to homeschool instead while others favor abolishing the public school, since it already teaches a religion and will not tolerate other religions along side?
