Jobs for a Young Teen

There are many possible part-time jobs for young teenagers, but finding one can take persistence.
The internet is your answer.
I have a soon to be a fourteen year old daughter as well. I am trying to explain to her that she is in a very lucky stage of her life. When adults hear of kids starting businesses they dow whatever they can to help. We've all bought cookies, raffle tickets and other items that we didn't need in order to help out. Now, to the point. There is a new and upcoming trend for virtual assistants. A virtual assistant is someone who does a task for a employer from a remote location. If you google "virtual assistant" you will find lots of examples. Specifically, you could help adults manage a social networking campaign for their business. Most adults cringe at the thought of leaning technology. They can't relate to texting, facebook or even twitter and chances are these things are second nature to you. For example, let's say you build a following of other teenagers that like to go to the movies. Now let's say you develop a relationship with a movie theater. It is often that the movie theater does not sell out. Within ten minutes of the movie starting you could offer a half price special to all your friends on facebook, twitter, etc. to finish filling the theater. Social networking in business is the new holy grail on the internet. Everybody is trying to figure out how to use it to benefit their business. Just go to google and search for social networking for business and look at all the topics. Anyway, good luck. The bottom line is that the internet allows you to be in a rural town and do business.
