That is so cool, we never thought we would meet anybody else who named their baby Balyn. We named our daughter daughter Balyn because we loved the name. She and I fought the whole pregnancy to keep each other alive. So we wanted to give her a name fitting her strong and willfullness demeanor. and when she was born 2 months early, we knew we had named her perfect. she fought her way to come home with us from the NICU in just 3 short weeks, when she was to originally stay the full 8 weeks........that in itself says something. Like a knight in King Authurs time, she holds true to the courageous spirit that they all had.................................hope you enjoy your son Balyn............as we will enjoy our daughter..............maybe one day they'll meet.......ya never know

We chose this name for our son, and so far we havent met a person who didnt love it as much as we do. Everyone thinks its so interesting and wants to know how to spell it and where we got it from. Theres also two brothers named Balin and Balyn in the original 1300's version of King Arthur. Its a sub story within the book of King Arthur, FYI. Just because it has a meaning in hindi doesnt mean it doesnt also have other meanings. Apparently it means the same thing in Celtic as well.
