Translated from it.wikipedia/Biagioni:

"Biagioni is the name of a small village of ' Tuscan-Emilian Apennines , in the municipality of Grantham, in the province of Bologna.

It is placed to 521 m above sea level on the left bank of the river Rhine. The right bank of the river is in Tuscany and is connected to the village by a bridge through which you get to Lagacci, a hamlet of Sambuca Pistoiese. With about 23 residents, Biagioni has the distinction of being placed at the southernmost point of Emilia.

Among the local dishes is especially worth mentioning tortellone mountain, where local residents spend a folk festival which takes place usually in the first weekend of August.
